Appearance: Genial giant of Swiss Alps (males minimum 27.5 inches, 120-180 lbs). Very powerful, extraordinarily muscular, imposing, massive. Huge head, wrinkled brow, short muzzle, dark eyes give intelligent, friendly expression (welcome sight to stranded travelers). Not highly ranked in registrations, but world famous/beloved. Often called Saint.

Traits & Characteristics: Famously watchful, patient 'nanny dog' for children. Calm, gentle, good-natured. Need early socialization/training due to massive size. Moderate exercise needs. Can drool significantly.
